You're not enrolled in any other form of education
You work at least 16 hours per week
Have lived in the EU/UK for 3 years or more
Must be on a permanent or annualised hours contract

How the process works

Fill out your details or the details of the employee you would like to nominate on the form

Lifetime will send all successful nominations to Bourne to be approved

The nomination will be contacted by a Lifetime Training Course Advisor to check eligibility

Lifetime will arrange a face-to-face enrolment date with the team member's Lifetime Trainer and Mentor
