Recruit an apprentice

Thank you for your interest in apprentice recruitment. Before advertising a vacancy, please consider if the position is suitable for an apprentice.

If the vacancy meets the following criteria, it is suitable for an apprentice:

• The vacancy is for a job based in England, Scotland or Wales.
• The vacancy is for a bar, floor, kitchen, housekeeping or reception associate, or a shift manager (area manager authorisation is required for shift manager positions).
• The vacancy is for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• The vacancy is for a permanent position.
• The pub can support an apprentice.
